User Guide

Velappity comes in a number of versions to fit various user requirements.

These versions are: –

1. Forms – Standard
2. Forms – Professional
3. Compliance
4. Compliance Plus

Forms – Standard

The standard version of Velappity allows companies with small forms to capture data in the field and present this data in reports. This version does not include the Compliance module.

Forms – Professional

The standard version of Velappity allows companies with large forms to capture data in the field and present this data in reports. This version does not include the Compliance module.

Compliance

The Compliance version of Velappity allows companies to set up their own control and monitoring regimes for monitoring of health and safety issues. This version does not include the Forms module.

Compliance Plus

The Compliance Plus version of Velappity allows companies to set up their own control and monitoring regimes for monitoring of health and safety issues as well as access to the Forms module to allow the setup of their own custom forms and reports. This version does not include the Forms module.
